NAVI’s Boombl4 to Miss the Start of ESL Pro League 15

Natus Vincere have announced that they will start competing at ESL Pro League Season 15 with a replacement. The team’s captain Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov has been tested positive for COVID-19 before his flight to Dusseldorf, Germany. Thus, he will miss the starting matches of the event. In his absence, the team will play with NAVI Junior member Daniil "Headtr1ck" Valitov.

At EPL 15, NAVI will compete in Group D alongside Heroic, Astralis, Complexity, Evil Geniuses, and AGO. The team will debut later today – their match against AGO is scheduled to start on 11:30 AM UK time. Headtr1ck will be participating in the matches in self-isolation.

The organization also announced that the future of their roster will be decided after the upcoming championships – the decision will be made together with the players. Earlier the club’s CEO Yevhen Zolotarov announced that the club is going to cut ties with players who live in Russia and pay taxes there. However, the organization is ready to help these players to relocate and hopes that they will be able to keep the entire roster.
