FalleN to Lead Team Liquid Once Again

The longest standing member of Team Liquid Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski revealed during his stream that after the summer break Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo will return to the captain role within the team. Recently the team has been playing under the lead of Jacky "Stewie2K" Yip and placed 9-12th at IEM Cologne 2021.

30-years-old Brazilian player FalleN joined Team Liquid this January. Despite being a captain for the most of his long career, he did not immediately become Team Liquid’s leader upon joining them. Instead, FalleN and Stewie2k started sharing leading responsibilities.

Earlier in May Team Liquid parted ways with their coach Jason "moses" O'Toole and replaced him with Eric "adreN" Hoag, who had already worked with the team in 2015 – 2016 and 2018 – 2020. The team’s next event is ESL Pro League Season 14, where they will play in Group D alongside Gambit, NiP, FURIA, Entropiq and One. Shortly after they will also participate in BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2021.
