Team Spirit Wins Riyadh Masters

The Riyadh Masters 2023 concluded on the evening of July 30th, with a total prize pool of $15,000,000. The tournament was won by Team Spirit.

Team Spirit received a direct invitation to the group stage and finished 2nd in Group A, allowing the team to advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs. On their way to the grand final, the team defeated Team Aster (2:0), BB Team (2:1), and Team Liquid (2:1).

After losing in the upper bracket final, Team Liquid defeated Talon Esports (2:0) in the lower bracket, earning a chance at revenge in a best-of-5 grand final. Team Spirit lost the first map of the grand final but then evened the score before taking it to a victorious 3:1.

For first place in the tournament, the team earned $5,000,000. Team Liquid received $2,500,000 for second place.
