Twistzz Returns to Team Liquid

Team Liquid has announced their fifth player, completing their CS2 lineup.

Twistzz, who previously played for Team Liquid from April 2017 to December 2020, has returned to the team. From January 2021 until December 1, 2023, Twistzz was a member of FaZe Clan. During his tenure there, he achieved significant success, including winning the PGL Major Antwerp 2022, Intel Grand Slam Season 4, ESL Pro League Seasons 15 and 17, Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Cologne, Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Katowice. He also secured second place at BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023 and BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022, and finished in the top 5-8 at the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023.

With Twistzz's return, Team Liquid's lineup now consists of NAF, YEKINDAR, skullz, cadiaN, and Twistzz. The team's coach, zews, who joined the club on December 5, remains in his role.

The first tournament for Team Liquid with this renewed roster will be the BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2024. This competition, with a prize pool of $177,500, is set to take place in Copenhagen from January 22 to 28, 2024.
