Challengers Stage results: 8 teams qualify for the next stage
The Challengers Stage of the IEM Rio Major 2022 concluded on November 3rd. According to its results, 8 teams qualified to the Legends Stage, while the remaining 8 clubs left the tournament.
The stage was played in the Swiss system (you need to win three matches to get to the Legends Stage). The matches for advancing to the Legends Stage or dropping out of the Challengers Stage were played in a best-of-3 format, while the rest of the matches were best-of-1.
The Legends Stage will begin on November 5th and run until November 8th.
